Our History
“In 2018, I was working in an industry I had long dreamed of. Like many things, I started out on an incredible journey and quite honestly, had anticipated having a long career with the company.
But here I was, working for a trucking and logistics company, on the road, tired and disillusioned.
Just imagine, broken down on the side of the road, not in a Toyota but, a 50,000-pound vehicle. And to add insult to injury, I was 2 paychecks behind.
It was then I began to think, this couldn’t possibly be the best way to operate a trucking and logistics operation?
No driver should be waiting on pay checks because of a company’s cash flow issues and bad management.
My initial thoughts were to call a buddy to perhaps get a recommendation to join his company but guess what?
You guessed it!”
As it turned out, he was in the same predicament, facing very similar issues.
At that moment, I knew a change had to be made. Not just for me personally but in the trucking industry as whole.
In that moment, Dials logistics was born!
